Awe-inspiring sunset

Ahhh the sky. 🙌

Can you believe nature sometimes? The colors are awe-inspiring.

This was shot in Brussels (Belgium), when Cedric and I were staying in his musician friend, Tom’s flat, on the fifth floor. (Or was it higher?)

The flat had a skylight roof in one part, which could open up. So I stood on a chair, peeked my camera out the small opening and snapped the sunset. It was as stunning in person as it is here. I barely did anything in post production, aside from cropping it to make the church centred.

It was hot that evening. At least 30 degrees, maybe more. The daytime was much worse but as the sun dropped things cooled off every so slightly and the breeze appeared.

We were shooting a music video for Tom on that trip. The days were a struggle because of the heat. But we did it! (Here’s the clip if you want to see.)
