Relaxed gentlemen

A sunny day on the corner of our street in Neukolln... ⁣

I was out and about with my camera and I saw these two gentlemen from afar. They looked almost like something from a magazine to my eyes...sitting there peacefully, with their canes, just watching the world go by. ⁣

It was a busy day. There were many people walking fast back and forth past them. And they just stayed still.

Relaxed. ⁣

Approaching them with a smile, I asked if I could take their photo. They said yes, very sweetly. I don’t think they much cared one way or the other. And maybe it was a bit flattering. ⁣

So I crouched down and took a few shots. Just a few. I never want to bother people too much - especially strangers who are nice enough to let me stick a camera in front of them. ⁣

These gentlemen remind me to chill out, let go, and just take time to people-watch every now and then…⁣
